AUSTIN, TX – A driver was left dead in a single-vehicle crash on the 8800 block of South Congress Ave.Â
The collision occurred before 1:30 a.m. Sunday, according to AFD Incidents.Â

The driver, for reasons unknown, lost control of their vehicle and collided with a tree. They succumbed to injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene.Â
