AUSTIN, TX – The northbound lanes of I-35 in downtown Austin are reopened after crash involving a 18-wheeler early Saturday morning, CBS Austin reports.
The collision occurred near 12th Street around 2:15 am. It involved two vehicles, including the 18-wheeler. One person was taken to Dell Seton hospital with unknown injuries.
Austin police reported that the northbound lanes of I-35 were shut down for an “accident investigation with potential serious injury.” Lanes reopened around 4:45 am.
