BUDA, TX – One person was left in critical condition following a crash between a cement truck and another vehicle that led the vehicle to roll down an embankment Thursday.Â
Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services said this crash happened between the 4500 to 6000 block of westbound State Highway 45 adjacent to Turnersville Road. ATCEMS, along with STARFlight and ESD-11 after 8 a.m.

The patient who was left in critical condition was supposed to be transported via a medical helicopter, but that portion was canceled due to weather conditions. Nonetheless, they were taken by ground to Ascension Seton Hays for treatment.Â
Officials have not revealed the events behind Thursday’s collision or said if either driver will be charged for their involvement in this crash.Â
