AUSTIN, TX – Travis County Fire Rescue extricated one person, who was pinned inside their vehicle, following a crash between a trash truck and a semi-truck on Monday.
The collision happened before 11:30 a.m. on the 1500th block of FM 1327 Road, according to the Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services.

Once the extrication was completed, officials transported them to Accession Seton Hays for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
