AUSTIN, TX – One person was pinned and extricated from their vehicle after a collision involving a trash truck reported in the Bluff Springs area Monday.
This crash occurred before noon in the 8700 block of Old Lockhart Highway, according to Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services. STAR Flight Travis County and additional ATCEMS ambulances were summoned to the scene, but their services were shortly canceled as fire crews were able to successfully extricate the pinned-in person.

No injuries or hospitalizations were reported. In addition, officials have not disclosed the exact cause of this crash.
