AUSTIN, TX – One person went into cardiac arrest and was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center after their car collided with a power pole in the Riverside district Tuesday.
Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services said this crash happened at East Riverside Drive and Willow Creek Drive and indicated they arrived at the scene before 5 p.m.

Upon arriving, paramedics conducted CPR on the individual as they went into cardiac arrest.
First responders did not describe the current physical condition of the occupant but said the cardiac arrest resulted from a medical episode and did not say the nature was traumatic.
