News: 1 hospitalized, 1 loses life after Daffan multi-auto collision

DAFFAN, TX – One person passed away, and another was given CPR and then taken to Dell Seton Medical Center after a multi-vehicle crash reported before 6:30 a.m. Friday. 

Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services said this collision took place between the 8700th to 9114th block of westbound U.S. 290 Highway.

The person who was hospitalized is receiving treatment for injuries deemed “potentially serious.” The person who died succumbed to fatal wounds at the scene.
