News: 1 hospitalized following rollover crash in Dripping Springs 

AUSTIN, TX – One person was hospitalized following a rollover crash that took place in the Dripping Springs community on Tuesday.

Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services reported the collision at 4:14 p.m., saying it happened on the 13500th block of East U.S. 290 Highway. Based on what our team knows so far, three vehicles collided, which is what caused one to overturn.

ATCEMS said only two drivers were involved. Both of them became entrapped or pinned inside their vehicles and required extrication by fire crews. One of them sustained minor injuries and was transported by ground to Baylor Scott & White Health in Pflugerville.

The other driver involved was not sent to the hospital.

STAR Flight also responded to the scene, but it appears their services were called off.

Officials have not specified the continuing factors behind the crash or said whether anyone was cited.
