AUSTIN, TX – One was hospitalized after a single-vehicle crash on the 4500 block of West Slaughter Lane Thursday.
ATCEMS responded to the scene before 10 a.m. For reasons unknown, the driver lost control of their vehicle and crashed into a tree. As a result, the person was trapped inside their car and extricated by medics.

The driver suffered severe injuries and was transported to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center.
