The Travis County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the scene after 7 p.m. and arrived several minutes later. Deputies shut down at least one lane for the scene clearance procedure. Drivers in the area may want to consider alternative routes as crews work to restore safe road conditions.
The exact cause of the crash is under investigation.
