AUSTIN, TX – One person injured in a collision on U.S. 183 South on Tuesday, CBSAustin reports.
The crash happened near the Lamar Boulevard exit and warranted a response from Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services, which took one person to a hospital. The individual is said to be recovering from minor injuries.
Authorities closed three lanes on the highway to accommodate the on-scene clean-up process and overall investigation.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
