AUSTIN, TX – One person was injured in a vehicle collision south of the AUS Airport on Thursday.
According to the Austin-Travis County Traffic Report Page, the crash happened at the intersection of FM 812 Road and San Jose Avenue. Travis County deputies arrived at the scene at 6:18 p.m. and closed at least one lane of traffic to accommodate the on-scene cleanup and the overall investigation.
Deputies said one person sustained minor-to-moderate injuries, but did not say if anyone was sent to the hospital.
No citations or arrests were reported.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
