AUSTIN, TX – One person was killed, and two others were injured in a collision that happened in the Riverside neighborhood Saturday.
Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services responded to the 2300th block of East Riverside Drive before 4 p.m. After arriving, medics performed CPR on one person. Despite their best efforts, they died at the scene.

Out of the two surviving occupants, one was issued a trauma alert before being taken away to Dell Seton Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. The other individual sustained minor injuries and refused to be taken to the hospital.
