AUSTIN, TX – One person lost their life and another was sent to the hospital following a two-car crash that took place on State Highway 130 on Monday.
The collision occurred around 7:00 a.m. near FM 973, Fox7Austin reports. Preliminary details show the crash happened when a person driving a Ford F-550 crashed into a Chevrolet work van parked on the shoulder.
The work van driver succumbed to their injuries, while the Ford driver was hospitalized for unspecified injuries.
Texas Department of Public Safety launched an investigation.
