News: 1 killed in auto-pedestrian crash at E. Powell Lane

AUSTIN, TX – A pedestrian’s life was claimed when they were struck by a vehicle at the southbound I-35 Frontage Road and East Powell Lane junction Thursday. 

Austin Travis County Emergency Services were dispatched to the scene at 6:55 a.m. and declared the victim dead at the scene.

It is not immediately clear what led to this collision and if the driver will face charges.
