News: 1 killed in Mustang Ridge pickup-trash truck wreck 

MUSTANG RIDGE, TX – One person’s life was claimed in a collision involving a pickup truck and a trash truck Monday, CBS Austin reported. 

The crash took place in the 15900 block of State Highway 21 Camino Real. Mustang Police responded to the collision site after 5 p.m. 

Despite life-saving measures performed by Travis County Fire Rescue & EMS,  the occupant succumbed to fatal injuries at the scene. 

Authorities started an investigation and have not been able to provide additional commentary at this time.
