News: 1 life claimed in crash along Mabel District Park, APD says 

AUSTIN, TX – One person succumbed to fatal wounds in a collision reported along Mabel District Park Friday night, the Austin Police Department said.

Police and Austin Travis County Travis Emergency Medical Services arrived at the scene, 1900th block of eastbound Ben White Boulevard, before 9:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they shut down the area, lifting all lane closures before 1:30 a.m. Saturday. 

Officials did launch an investigation but have not released additional information, including the victim’s name.
