EAST AUSTIN, TX – One person lost their life as a result of a motorcycle-vehicle collision that happened in East Austin on Thursday.
According to KXAN, the motorcycle and vehicle collided around 1 a.m. on the 9300th block of East U.S. 290, east of Springdale Road.
By 4:30 a.m., officials said closures were expected to continue, and by 6 a.m., authorities had finally reopened the area.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
