News: 1 person was injured in crash that damaged Austin spa 

WEST AUSTIN, TX – One person sustained minor injuries in a crash that damaged an Austin spa in West Austin on Wednesday, CBS Austin said.

The incident unfolded after 5 p.m., when the driver plowed into Face Foundrié – Austin (Tarrytown), located on Exposition Boulevard.

Pieces of glass could be seen surrounding the spa, and an entire missing wall.

Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services and other emergency crews responded to the scene.

Officials have not confirmed what caused the driver to crash into the establishment, and did not specify whether it was the driver or someone inside the building who was injured. However, they did say the person was left in a non-life-threatening condition.
