News: 2 adults, kid sent to hospital after Pecan Park Blvd. crash

AUSTIN, TX – Three people were hospitalized following a multi-vehicle wreck on Pecan Park Boulevard Sunday. 

The collision happened after 12:30 p.m. beside the southbound lanes of Research Boulevard (also known as U.S. 183 Highway Service Road), a tweet from ATCEMS indicated.

The force of the crash caused one of the cars to roll over, trapping one of the occupants inside. This person was extricated and taken to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center for unspecified injuries. 

One adult and one child sustained potentially serious injuries. 

The juvenile was transported to Dell Children’s Medical Center; it is unclear what the person’s current condition is. 

The occupant, who also sustained potentially serious injuries, and two other passengers declined to be taken to a hospital.
