AUSTIN, TX – Two people were left in critical condition, and one person sustained minor injuries in a multi-vehicle and pin-in crash in the Rollingwood neighborhood Friday.
Austin Travis County Emergency Services and the Westlake Fire Department were called to the scene — located between the 2900 to 3115 block of Bee Cave Road — around 2 p.m.

Upon arrival, first responders discovered that two people were pinned inside their vehicle. Fire crews were able to extricate the pinned victims.
Among the five patients, two who suffered critical-life-threatening wounds and one who sustained minor injuries were taken to St. David’s South Medical Center for treatment.
The two others were evaluated for injuries and declined to be taken to a hospital.
