News: 2 hospitalized after 3-auto crash near McKinney Falls State Park

AUSTIN, TX – Two people were sent to a hospital after a three-automobile crash that led two vehicles to rollover near McKinney Falls State Park. 

This collision happened before 6:30 p.m. Friday at the East William Cannon Drive & McKinney Falls Parkway junction, according to Austin Travis County Emergency Services. All three occupants were either trapped or pinned and were extricated by emergency crews.

One passenger suffered potentially serious injuries, and another sustained non-life-threatening wounds. Both were transported to St. David’s South Medical Center. 

The third occupant may have sustained minor injuries as they refused to be taken to a hospital.
