News: 2 hospitalized after 3-auto wreck in Manor 

MANOR, TX – Two people were transported to Dell Seton Medical Center via an ATCEMS ambulance and a STAR Flight helicopter following a three-vehicle wreck on Thursday.

This crash happened before 3:15 a.m., in the westbound lanes between the 11800th to 12000th block of East Highway 290. Travis County ESD was also summoned to the scene to extricate one person who was pinned. 

The extricated patient was found to have sustained serious, potentially life-threatening wounds and was transported via the medical helicopter. The vehicle’s other occupant, who was left in critical condition, was taken by ground ambulance to Dell Seton. 

First responders said both victims were issued trauma alerts. As of this writing, they have not provided an update on the condition of the patients.
