News: 2 hospitalized after Leander head-on wreck  

LEANDER, TX – An ambulance took two people to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center after two vehicles collided head-on, pinning one inside a car Friday. 

Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services said this crash happened before 1:15 p.m. in the 18100 block of FM 1431 Road. Firefighters were able to successfully extricate the pinned person and issued them and the other passenger trauma alerts before taking them to St. David’s.

The occupants were being treated for injuries deemed potentially serious.
