AUSTIN, TX – After a driver crashed into a tree, one person was pinned inside the car, extricated, and then, along with one other occupant, was hospitalized Thursday.
According to an X post from Austin Travis County Emergency Services, this collision happened before 12:15 a.m. in the 6600 block of Spicewood Springs Road.

The two people who were hospitalized sustained potentially serious injuries. Paramedics sent one occupant to Dell Seton Medical Center and the other person to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center.
There was one other passenger involved. However, they did not need hospitalization. Their condition, along with the details leading up to this crash, remains undisclosed.
