News: 2 hospitalized following collision in Marble Falls 

MARBLE FALLS, TX – Austin Travis County EMS crews rushed two people to local hospitals after a two-vehicle collision on the 25000th block of FM 1431 Monday.

The crash took place before 7:30 a.m. and also warranted a response from Travis County Emergency Services District 1 and StarFlight Travis County. Fire crews had to extricate the two entrapped individuals before medical personnel took care of the transportation. 

Once the extrication was complete, Austin Travis EMS crews transported one person to Round Rock Medical Center. There, they were treated for serious, non-life-threatening wounds. 

First responders transported the other person to Dell Seton Medical Center via the Star Flight helicopter. There, they are recovering from injuries deemed critical and life-threatening.
