News: 2 hospitalized in crash with extrication in St. Edwards

AUSTIN, TX – Two adults were sent to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center after a collision with one reported extrication in the St. Edwards area Friday. 

After 3:30 a.m., Austin Travis County Emergency Services and the Austin Fire Department were summoned to the IH 35 South off-ramp leading to Ben White Boulevard.

One person was issued a trauma alert and sustained injuries deemed potentially serious, while another occupant suffered non-life-threatening wounds.
