News: 2 hurt in scooter-vehicle crash in East Austin 

EAST AUSTIN, TX –  Two scooter riders were sent to a hospital for moderate and serious injuries after they were hit by a vehicle Wednesday at Comal Street and East 6th Street. 

Austin Travis Emergency Services received a call at approximately 11:09 p.m., stating that one of the riders was unconscious. Upon arrival, both were rushed to Dell Seton Medical Center for treatment. 

At this time, officials have not indicated any pending charges, said who had the right of way, revealed the contributing factors that played a role in this crash, or the current conditions of the victims.
