ELGIN, TX – Two people were killed and one person was injured in a T-bone collision that took place at the intersection of U.S. 290 and Highway 95 last Saturday, Oct. 4.
The crash involved several vehicles and took place before 7:00 p.m., Fox7Austin reports. Medics transported three people to Austin hospitals. There, two out of the three individuals succumbed to their injuries.
Officials have not released the identities of the involved occupants, but confirmed that the two victims were not from Elgin.
Law enforcement is working to determine the events that led to the collision.
