NORTH AUSTIN, TX – Two occupants are pinned inside their vehicle after they crashed into a building Thursday afternoon.
Austin Travis County Emergency Services and the Austin Fire Department were summoned to the 8998 block of southbound Research Boulevard after 1:15 p.m. They are still at the scene and were able to extricate one person from the automobile. Extrication methods are being conducted on the other person.

First responders issued trauma alerts for both of them. It is unclear if the victims sustained injuries and whether they will be transported to a hospital.
