NORTH AUSTIN, TX – Three adults and three children were hospitalized following a multi-vehicle collision that happened in the North Lamar area Thursday.
Austin police first announced the crash at 9:10 p.m., stating it happened on the 12700th block of North Interstate Highway 35 South. Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services were also summoned to the scene and transported two adults to St. David’s Medical Center, one adult to Dell Seton Medical Center, and three children to Dell Children’s Medical Center.
#ATCEMSMedics evaluated a total of 8 patients from this collision. Transports as follows:
-3 children to Dell Childrens,
-2 adults to St. David’s Central,
-1 adult to Dell Seton,
all with minor injuries. 2 adult patients refused transport to the hospital.

Two others were also injured, but refused to go to the hospital. All occupants involved sustained minor injuries.
Authorities have not disclosed how the crash unfolded or said if anyone would face citations or charges.
