SPICEWOOD, TX – Three children and three adults were transported to Dell Seton and Dell Children’s Medical Center after a head-on crash with entrapment Monday.
Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services said this collision happened before 3:30 a.m. at the westbound SH 71 and Cypress Ranch Boulevard intersection.

At least one person was entrapped. First responders said two adults were left in critical condition, while one adult sustained non-life-threatening wounds. All three children suffered injuries deemed potentially serious, non-life-threatening injuries.
