The impact of the crash left one trapped inside a vehicle. Medics were able to free that pinned person and then flew the victim by helicopter to Dell Seton Medical Center for potentially life-threatening injuries.
Among the six occupants, three declined transportation to a hospital, and the pinned victim, along with two others, was sent to separate hospitals.
Along with the trapped occupant, another person sustained severe injuries. That person was taken to St. David’s South Medical Center.
Another victim sustained minor injuries and was transported to Baylor Scott & White Lakeway Hospital.
