Initially, fire crews were requested to extricate a person from their vehicle. However, the service was shortly canceled after they arrived because the person may have been able to free themselves or had help from other occupants or good samaritans. Still, the reason behind the cancellation remains uncertain.
Two were unharmed, while two of the injured people were sent to St. David’s South Medical Center, and one was transported to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center.
An investigation was pursued, but the circumstances leading up to the crash have still not been disclosed. Any updates will be posted should they emerge.
