News: 3 pedestrians hospitalized after East 45th St. collision 

AUSTIN, TX – One adult and two children were left in serious condition after getting hit by a vehicle while crossing Speedway and East 45th Street Friday.

Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services said the collision happened before 4:15 p.m. First responders arrived at the scene a short time later and rushed the adult to Dell Seton Medical Center and the kids to Dell Seton Children’s Medical Center.

Authorities did not list this crash as a hit-and-run. At this time, it’s uncertain if the driver could expect criminal charges.
