TRAVIS COUNTY, TX – Four adults and three children were taken to Travis County hospitals following a two-vehicle collision in the Mustang Ridge area Sunday.
This crash happened before 4 p.m. in the 8766 block of Old Lockhart Highway, according to an X post from Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services. First responders said one occupant was pinned inside their vehicle and then extricated and was issued a trauma alert.
Paramedics took two adults to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center for treatment of minor wounds. The two other adults suffered serious wounds, and one was sent to Dell Seton Medical Center and one to St. David’s.
The three children also suffered serious injuries and were transported to Dell Children’s Medical Center.
