News: 7 injured in 3-vehicle collision on U.S.183 in NW Austin 

NORTHWEST AUSTIN, TX – Seven people sustained injuries in a three-vehicle collision that happened on South U.S. 183 Sunday night. 

Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services and Travis County Fire Rescue responded to the three-vehicle collision before 10 p.m. After arriving, fire crews extricated one person who was pinned inside their vehicle.

Once the extrication was complete, ATCEMS transported two adults to St. David’s South Medical Center, while the five others declined to be taken to a hospital. 

At St. David’s, one is receiving treatment for injuries deemed “potentially serious” and the other for critical injuries.
