AUSTIN, TX – Authorities responded to a collision on Interstate 35 in northeast Austin Tuesday morning, according to TxDOT Austin.
The accident happened on the southbound lanes of I-35, south of East Rundberg Lane. It was first recorded at about 9:54 p.m., prompting all lanes in the area to close.
While very little information has been shared with the public, motorists were forced to divert off the interstate and onto the frontage road.
