SOUTH AUSTIN, TX – Austin Police are working to pinpoint the details behind a Thursday afternoon crash with minor wounds that took place in the East Congress area.
Officers said they arrived at the scene, the intersection of South Congress Avenue and East Street Elmo Road, after 12:20 p.m. and indicated that at least one person was injured but did not specify if that individual needed to go to the hospital.
