News: At least 1 hurt in traffic crash in North Austin, police say 

NORTH AUSTIN, TX – At least one person was injured in a traffic crash outside of Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park on Friday, Austin police say. 

According to the Austin-Travis County Traffic Report Page, the collision took place at the intersection of North Interstate Highway 35 Service Road and West Yager Lane. Police pulled up to the scene before 8:15 p.m. 

Upon arrival, officials closed at least one lane of traffic to allow crews to clean up debris left behind by the crash and remove the impacted vehicle(s). 

The injured person suffered minor-to-moderate injuries, police said. 

Police are working to determine the cause of the collision.
