News: At least 1 hurt in vehicle accident in South Lamar

AUSTIN, TX – At least one person sustained minor injuries in a vehicle accident that took place in the South Lamar neighborhood on Thursday. 

According to the Austin Travis County Traffic Report Page, the collision took place before 5:45 p.m. on the 3005th block of South Lamar Boulevard. 

Austin police shut down at least one lane so crews could clean up the debris from the crash and officers could pursue their investigation. 

No injuries were reported. 

Police are actively working to determine how the crash unfolded.
