SOUTH AUSTIN, TX – At least one person was injured in a car accident that happened in the Sunset Oaks neighborhood on Friday.
The collision took place after 8 p.m. at the intersection of West Gate Boulevard and West Stassney Lane, according to the Austin-Travis County Traffic blotter.
Austin police closed a portion of the road to allow crews to clean up debris left behind by the crash.
Minor-to-moderate injuries were reported in the crash. Police are actively working to determine how the crash unfolded.
