News: At least 1 injured in traffic crash in SE Austin 

SOUTHEAST AUSTIN, TX – At least one person was injured in a traffic crash in Southeast Austin on Friday, according to the Austin-Travis County Traffic Report Page.

Travis County deputies were dispatched to the 7870th block of West U.S. 290 Highway and pulled up to the scene before 6 a.m. Upon arrival, deputies shut down at least one lane of traffic to accommodate the on-scene clean-up process.

Based on what we know so far, it appears at least one person sustained minor-to-moderate injuries.

Deputies have not listed the number of people and vehicles involved or whether anyone needed to go to the hospital.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
