AUSTIN, TX – At least one person sustained minor-to-moderate injuries in a vehicle accident that took place in the Garfield community on Tuesday.
According to the Austin-Travis County Traffic Report Page, the crash occurred on the 5467th block of westbound East State Highway 71. Travis County deputies arrived at the scene before 8 p.m. and closed a portion of the road to accommodate the on-scene cleanup process and investigation.
Deputies have not confirmed how many people and vehicles were involved or whether anyone needed to go to the hospital.
Deputies are actively working to determine the cause of the crash.
