TRAVIS COUNTY, TX – At least one person was injured in a vehicle accident that took place in the New Sweden area on Friday.
According to the Austin Travis County Traffic Report Page, the collision happened before 3:30 p.m. in the 16200th block of North FM 973 Road and warranted a response from Austin police.
Upon arrival, officers shut down a portion of the road so crews could clean up the debris from the crash and investigate the exact cause of the crash.
Officers reported minor-to-moderate injuries in the collision, but did not say if anyone had to go to the hospital.
The exact cause of the crash is under investigation.
