News: At least 1 killed in collision near Leander Middle School 

LEANDER, TX – At least one person succumbed to fatal wounds in a collision reported on Municipal Drive east of Leander Middle School Sunday. 

Leander Police arrived at the scene around 1:30 a.m. and immediately closed Municipal, beginning at Northern Trail and ending at Southwest Drive. Officers reopened the area about four hours later, around 5:40 a.m.

The police department has not released additional commentary regarding this deadly wreck nor released the victim’s name.
