News: At least 1 life claimed in TX-130 collision in Georgetown 

GEORGETOWN, TX – At least one person passed away in a crash reported on TX-130 South north of FM 971 Wednesday, CBS Austin said. 

This collision happened before 7 p.m. After arriving, Georgetown police officers closed the southbound lanes for their investigation, for the scene clearance process, and to provide aid as needed. 

Police have not confirmed the number of people and vehicles involved in this collision nor released the victim’s name at this time. 

In addition, authorities have not announced any reopening of lanes.
