News: ATCEMS conducts CPR on person after South Austin crash

SOUTH AUSTIN, TX – First responders had to conduct CPR on an unconscious occupant after a crash between the 6020 to 6112 block of Brodie Lane Sunday. 

The Austin Fire Department and Austin Travis County Emergency Services were dispatched to the scene around 11:10 p.m. The victim who was given CPR was able to regain a pulse and was then transported to St. David’s South Medical Center, where they are recovering.

Another occupant declined transportation to a hospital. The conditions of these individuals and the events leading up to this collision remain unclear.
