News: Austin PD called to injury collision in East Austin 

EAST AUSTIN, TX – Austin police were dispatched to the scene of an injury collision that took place in East Austin on Wednesday.

The collision occurred before 8 a.m. on the 1200th block of East 12th Street, according to the Austin-Travis County Traffic Report Page.

At least one person sustained minor-to-moderate injuries, but it’s unclear if anyone needed to go to the hospital.

Police closed at least one lane of traffic to accommodate the on-scene cleanup and the overall investigation period.
