News: Austin PD investigates injury vehicle accident in South Lamar 

SOUTH AUSTIN, TX – Austin Police are working to determine the events that led to an injury vehicle accident in the South Lamar area on Wednesday.

Austin Police were summoned to the 3800th block of South Lamar Boulevard and arrived after 7:30 p.m., according to the Austin-Travis County Traffic Report Page.

Officials said the crash happened on the southbound lanes. Authorities closed a portion of the road to allow crews to clean up debris from the crash and for the overall investigation.

Minor-to-moderate injuries were reported.
